Have a query relating to your course? Our Connect Hubs are here to help.  

Located at each of our sites, our Connect Hubs can support you with a range of queries relating to your course and the wider university, including: 

  • Induction and Welcome 
  • Deferrals 
  • Modules 
  • Information about assessment and reassessments 
  • Queries relating to results and feedback  

The teams can also signpost you to other support services within the University if needed. 

Please note: in addition to your Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) or Supervisor, our new Connect Hubs are now your primary point of contact for all academic queries.
